This last weekend I was walking in a winter wonderland taking these beautiful engagement photos! Lovely Annaliese and Stephan currently reside in California, but flew to Utah for their wintry Jordan Pines engagement session. I have been chatting with Annaliese for a few months now, so it was great to finally get to meet her and Stephan in person. Photos with the snowy mountain backdrop is a bucket list item for Annaliese. I’m so happy we could make her winter Jordan Pines engagement session dreams come true!
Annaliese and Stephan first met thanks to a mutual friend. They would see each other occasionally, and eventually Annaliese worked up the courage to invite Stephan out to a football game. Once there, the two of them hit it off and both realized how fun and interesting the other person was. Fast forward 3 years – starting grad school (Stephan) and law school (Annaliese), traveling all over the world, and now they are ready to tie the knot!
Though their Jordan Pines engagement session was freezing cold, I could feel the warmth and happiness of Annaliese and Stephan’s relationship. Whenever I would get them set up in a pose, Stephan would always make a silly face and get Annaliese smiling. Their outfits were spot on! Both of them were dressed to the nine’s, and I loved how Annaliese’s burgundy dress popped against the all-white landscape of the mountains. Her hair and makeup held up so well against the winter storm, thanks to Heather with Heather Dear Artistry.
As you can see, these two really know how to have fun together and make each other laugh! I love how they are so supportive and encouraging of each other, and you know it’s true love when you are willing to take freezing photos just to make your fiance’s dreams come true! I am just so excited for these two and their next adventures together!
