Brenna and Rayce. High school sweethearts. She was a sophomore. He was a senior. And now, they are husband and wife. Does it get any sweeter than that?! I think not, but I might be a little biased since I also married my high school sweetheart đ While these two love birds might have met at a young age, their love story is years in the making, and it all culminated on a beautiful September day. Brenna and Rayce were married at the gorgeous venue, The Wellington. The historic downtown Ogden building was done up beautifully in soft pink, blush, and champagne florals and decor. It was such a wonderful, beautiful wedding day filled with so much love, laughter, friendship, and dancing!
I didnât meet Brenna and Rayce until their wedding day, but I quickly found out how much friendship and family means to them! They had a large and insanely fun bridal party with 8 friends on each side. I donât know many couples who are lucky enough to have sixteen friends rooting and cheering for them. I know without a doubt though, that Brenna and Rayce are so deserving of all that love and support. As the great Ralph Waldo Emerson said, âThe only way to have a friend is to be a friendâ, and those two are such great examples of that quote.
On the pre-wedding questionnaire I sent out, Brenna wrote that documenting all the dancing was super important! And boy did this wedding party dance! One of the most memorable moments was when the whole bridal party got together. Everyone formed a circle, linked arms, and swayed back and forth while belting out âMy Heart Will Go Onâ. They brought down the house, and it was totally amazing!!! You could just feel all the energy and love surrounding the new Mr & Mrs!
It was such an honor to be a part of and photograph your wedding day, Brenna & Rayce! The love you have in your hearts is evident, and I know that love will carry you through all the ups and downs that come with marriage. Keep hold of your vows, and always remember to cherish your spouse as much as you did on your wedding day. So much love to the both of you!!
what a stunning bride, love her dress and the colors, such a beautiful wedding.
So fun. I love The Wellington. It reminds me of a Jane Austen movie.
