Moonbeam Lodge Wedding

Sunday was a gorgeous fall day up at Solitude for a Moonbeam Lodge wedding! I first arrived to Jamie and her bridesmaids finishing up the getting ready process. All of Jamie’s bridesmaids were so kind, dishing out compliments left and right about how beautiful Jamie looked! It was such a lovely afternoon photographing all the girls and being surrounded by their loving energy!

My favorite part of the day was definitely Jamie and Jake’s ceremony. They opted not to do a first look prior to the ceremony, and Jake’s reaction to seeing Jamie was so sweet! He definitely shed a tear or two, and you could tell he was so excited to see his lovely bride! With the gorgeous mountain backdrop, both Jake and Jamie vowed to always cherish each other and their growing family. Their vows were personal and sweet, and the love behind them was definitely palpable.

Another fun part of the day was all the dancing! Jamie and her dad had a sweet father/daughter dance and then surprised everyone with a fun little mix of choreographed dances. Everyone loved it! Jake’s dance with his mom was very touching. And of course, their first dance as Mr. and Mrs. was so endearing! Jamie and Jake were laughing, singing to each other, and just totally and completely in the moment! Jake set up the most intense speakers I’ve ever seen, so I knew that they were going to have an epic dance party! The whole crowd danced the night away, and it was so fun!

Jamie and Jake, thank you so much for the honor of photographing your Moonbeam Lodge wedding! I loved being a witness to the great love you two have for each other, and your future family! I cannot wait for you two to become parents and experience that joy! Congratulations!!
