This wedding has been a decade in the making, so it’s safe to say that Shelby and Alex were more than excited for their special day! Their wedding was held at Louland Falls, which makes the most beautiful backdrop!

Shelby was a beautiful bride, in her silky strapless dress and long cathedral veil! Her details were so classic, and I loved the light pink and navy color scheme! Alex looked dashing in his suit, and added a fun element with his NY Yankee cuff links. I loved how special both Shelby and Alex made their wedding day. They made sure to have special moments with all the people closest to them, and gave meaningful gifts to their parents.

Alex and Shelby’s ceremony was so touching and heartfelt. As the two lovebirds gazed into each other’s eye, you could see they were full of love! It was a lovely day for their celebration. The sun was out in full force, and we were greeted with a few gusts from the wind during the ceremony!

During dinner there were endearing speeches from the wedding party. It was so nice to get to know Shelby and Alex better through stories from their closest friends. Shelby’s parents closed out speeches with laughter all around following her dad’s “last breakfast” quote. Everyone moved outside to the patio to watch the newlyweds cut the cake, and then it was time for first dances. All three of them were so wonderful!

Shelby and Alex, your wedding day was just the best! I wish you both a lifetime of love together! I know you guys already have a lot of relationship experience, so just keep loving each other and I have no doubt your marriage will be amazing! Congrats!!!
