I met Marissa at my first “big girl job” when I graduated college. She was the account manager for a few of the advertising campaigns I managed, and I loved working with her! Marissa has such a joyful, happy energy about her, and she always had a smile on at work. She’s also a wonderful mother to 3 amazing kids, who I’ve had the pleasure of photographing quite a few times now. It was during a family session in 2016 that I first met George. George are Marissa go together like chips and salsa. Marissa’s joyful demeanor is exemplified by George. He definitely brings out the best in her, and seeing them together makes my heart so happy!! Marissa deserves to be loved and cherished, and George does just that!

These two love birds were married on a beautiful May day at The Coulter House, in Stansbury Park, Utah. It was warm with a slight breeze to the air. Flowers were blooming left and right. The altar was all set up, just waiting for it’s chance to bless the new marriage. Marissa looked stunning in her bejeweled dress with all it’s intricate detail and big fluffy train. She looked like an old hollywood star with her pin curls, and her shawl necklace. George looked so dapper in his gray suit. Their ceremony was full of so much love. The couple exchanged their own personal vows, it was so touching the way they spoke. Making promises to always love and cherish each other, and to be there through thick and through thin.

When the new Mr. and Mrs. Smith were announced, Marissa and George walked into the room, faces beaming, so dang ready to party the night away. Their first dance was full of sweet looks, and serenading each other with the words of the love song. The rest of the evening was spent greeting their guests, cheers-ing, a hilarious money dance, and enjoying every last second of their special day.
