You might recognize these beautiful people from their winter engagements or their Maui wedding, and they’re back in front of my camera again, but this time in New York City! Stephan grew up in New York, so it only made sense to have a local celebration. Two days before the wedding, the weather was predicting rain so we quickly rearranged plans to get Annaliese and Stephan their dream NYC photos! We met the day before the wedding for their sunrise Brooklyn Bridge wedding photos, and it was 1,000,000% worth the 4:30am wakeup call!

Brooklyn Bridge Wedding Photos

Stephan looked so dapper in his black tux, and Annaliese was just stunning in her silk and lace gown. That detail on her train is just aboslutely beautiful! The Brooklyn Bridge was the perfect iconic background for these photos. We were able to catch the sunrise over the Manhattan bridge, the Brooklyn Bridge towers, and a classic New York cityscape all in one spot! And can we talk about the beautiful glowy light under the bridge?! Literal perfection! I’m so happy that I get dream brides like Annaliese who are willing to wake up super early for photos!

The wedding day came, and the weather followed through with its promise of rain! Stephan’s family went to work to ensure the backyard wedding was covered, and it turned out so beautiful! The evening was a celebration of Stephan and Annaliese’s heritage. They told wonderful stories of growing up, immigrating to the US, and all the wonderful people who make up their community! There’s one thing I know for sure – these two are loved and adored by many!

Stephan and Annaliese are just the kindest, most loving people, and I am so fortunate to know them! Taking their wedding photos in Maui was a magical dream, and their Brooklyn Bridge wedding photos are now some of my favorite images ever! Not just because of how beautiful the surroundings are, but because of the beautiful people in them, and their love for each other that shines through! Congratulations, again, you two! I know your marriage will go the distance!
