There are some wedding dates that I get inquiry after inquiry after inquiry for, and August 24, 2024 was by far the most popular date this year! Channing and Alex were the lucky ones who secured the date, and I am so happy that I got to be a part of their special day! They had a beautiful West Bountiful backyard wedding full of so much love!

Channing is just the sweetest person, and she made the most gorgeous bride! Her open backed dress fit her like a glove, and she was a vision walking down the aisle. The wind decided to intensely blow during the ceremony sending Channing’s hair and veil flying, but nothing could get in the way of these lovebirds becoming Mr. and Mrs.! Their ceremony was overflowing with love and support – they had nearly double the amount of people show up that they planned on. The more, the merrier, because it was so sweet to see how loved Alex and Channing are!

Bountiful Backyard Wedding

The evening was full of Channing hugging everyone in sight, Alex laughing and drinking with his buddies, and the most fun group of guests dancing their hearts out. A favorite detail of the night is their wedding cake! It was a whimsical, woodland creation with so many fun details. The cake had a variety of real mushrooms on it, and their initials were carved into the wood-like bottom layer. Although it took some convincing, Alex played nicely with the cake and kept Channing’s beautiful hair and makeup cake-free.

We ended the Bountiful backyard wedding bash with a sparkler send-off for the happy couple! Channing and Alex were all smiles as they climbed into their Silver Bullet. It was a perfect ending to a wonderful celebration! I am so so happy for you two! You both deserve all the love and blessings that are surely coming your way! Congratulations Alex and Channing!!
